This Concept-to-Completion Design-build development was created to develop the quarry into a Master Planned Public Use Recreational Park. Once finished, the property will be deeded to the East Bay Regional Park District. This CM at Risk project required numerous special permits, rezoning, CEQA processing and entitlements for construction of a 91 acre former mine site into a public recreational park
